Next week I’m only going to write about how you can improve your focus and concentration.
Of all the different topics I write about on this blog, focus is one of my stronger suits. I meditate for 30 minutes every day (which I’m bumping up to an hour as part of a productivity experiment), and generally do not have a problem hunkering down and focusing on something. But I learned a ton over the last couple of weeks as I’ve brainstormed what to write about next week. I can’t wait to get started.
