Since starting the 10 Days of Reclusion experiment, one thing I’ve noticed is that my energy level, motivation, sleep quality, and mood have really been affected, because I have had no social interaction for seven days, and because I’m living without sunlight.
In the video I briefly talk about all of the things I’m doing to boost my mood and energy in reclusion. I’m:
- Eating as well as I can
- Getting a lot of physical activity
- Drinking a ton of water
- Taking Vitamin D supplements
- Dimming the lights in the evening (so my body will produce more melatonin)
